SPICED BRAZIL NUTS
Brazil nuts are packed with selenium, which is essential for healthy thyroid function. They also pack a punch of protein, with 4 grams per teaspoon. I honestly don’t love the taste of them on their own, but this seasoning makes a world of difference!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup raw Brazil nuts
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, stir olive oil and seasonings together.

Toss Brazil nuts into the bowl.

Spread evenly on baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.
